THIS IS A TWO DAY WORKSHOP (Tuesday 6-8/Thursday 6-8) Strength. Power. Control. Learn how to train smarter, not just harder. Rooted in the StrongFirst methodology and inspired by Pavel Tsatsouline’s Simple & Sinister, this small group workshop will teach you the foundations of real world strength and conditioning with kettlebells. Whether you’re brand new or looking to clean up your technique, this class is your entry point. You’ll learn: • The Swing – Build powerful hips, strong posture, and conditioning that carries into life • The Get-up – Develop body control, shoulder health, and mental focus • The Goblet Squat – Train strength and mobility at the same time • How to Train for Life – Sustainable programming and safe technique No fads. No fluff. Just proven methods to build a stronger more capable you, with minimal gear and maximum results. This is for the athlete, the hard worker, the curious beginner, and anyone who wants to move better and feel stronger.
