Service Description
Join us for a chill small group class. No performance, no fluff. Recharge, strengthen, and move with intention in our weekly yoga session. This class blends mindful movement, breathwork, asana, and mobility exercises to help improve flexibility, reduce stress, and increase overall body awareness. Suitable for all levels, each session leaves you feeling grounded, energized, and ready to take on your week. What to bring? Bring a water bottle if you wish and maybe a towel if you get sweaty. ALL PROPS ARE PROVIDED (mats, blocks, straps, etc.) unless you wish to bring your own.
